The table below shows the list of players who have previously won the 'Admiral' Gunboat Competitions & therefore given the title:

Admiral of the European Fleets

Not only does it state their name (picture included) but also a number of other things. Which competition they won, their Nationality (flag included), the countries they had in the rounds (Quarter, Semi & Final) & which Diplomacy site they use.

Prior to 'Admiral' III the rules were changed so that no player can have the same country throughout the competition. It means that if you get to play Turkey, in the Quarter-Finals, & you qualify for the Semi-Final & even the Final, you can't get Turkey.
