'Admiral' Gunboat Competition III

April Update

I'm sure you'll all be pleased to now that I'm keeping this Monthly Update quite brief.

The End Game Statements (EGS), for the Semi-Finals, is on site & below you'll see a link to the Game's Page.

I know I've got another EGS (Franz Joseph in Hayreddin Barbarossa), which soon will arrive but as for the EGS, I'm very pleased as there was a good number of them. May I equally state that comments written are worth reading as a lot of them do give you a greater idea of Gunboat games & therefore 'Admiral'. There is a classic set of orders written by Wilhelm II in Cap Trafalgar. He writes orders but then follows by what he hopes will come from them.

BTW a player did suggest that reading the EGS was hard due to the font being Lucida Calligraphy. Let me know if you think that is or isn't the case.

Regarding the Final, Doug Stewart is the back-up GM.
