English, Brazilian Portuguese, Macedonian, Argentinean Spanish & German
Ricardo Moraes spotted a few errors in my previous translation therefore he sent me these but it's Brazilian Portuguese as opposed to Portuguese. That didn't come as any great surprise as I know written American's English is different to English.
Ricardo had to remember the names used on his old board which sadly he no longer has. He mentioned certain other things & the funny one was the English Channel. This is a copy/paste from his e-mail; 'Note it means “La Manche Channel”, where La Manche is a French region. As you can see, it is a French Channel, not English...'. 
Other parts were the words used below being changed through literal translation, e.g. Mar Mediterrâneo Oriental, Enseada de Heligolândia, etc. As you'll see York is used not Yorkshire & he thought the city as opposed to the county was used due to the size of the province on the board. Ricardo, thanks for doing it for me.
You'll see ? being used in the Macedonian column. The reason was that the maps I saw used the English abbreviations but listed the words shown. It maybe that is how it's done but I haven't yet got confirmation from other players.
Ariel Max Sanchez Romero (better known as Max) did spot some minor errors I had shown in the Spanish column & therefore he sent the correct names. Given he comes from Argentina I've removed the Spanish flag & put the Argentina flag. In addition I've titled is as Argentinean Spanish in case his Spanish isn't quite the same as those from Spain.
As for the German words, Frank Bacher & I had a good laugh. I used a translater & inserted those given onto here. Later on I got an e-mail from him saying what certain ones aren't right & he mentioned the reason. I'll copy/paste the things he said as it might help you.
You'll notice he used brackets after certain names therefore I'll copy/paste what he had said. 'The best example, ENG is in the German version Der Kanal what means translated The Channel. Calling it Englischer Kanal (English Channel) is common too but isn't part of the rules. As well I added abbreviations that aren't the same per the German rulebook'.
One of the laughs we had was about See & this is again a paste/copy of what he said; 'der See (masculinum) is the lake & die See (femininum) is the Sea as in Irische See - Irish Sea. However the latter one occurrs today only in some names or proverbs/phrases. Meer is the word that has replaced it in normal language usage as reflected by most german names. "See" has a bit of an "archaic" touch. No one actually uses it except for names given a long time ago...'.
